Welcome to Ember Bloom. By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.emberbloom.ca), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • Ember Bloom is a small-batch candle and wax melt business based in British Columbia, Canada.

  • By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

2. Products

  • All products are hand-poured in small batches. Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are normal and part of the handmade process.

  • Scent throw and burn time may vary slightly depending on room conditions, care, and use.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is shipped.

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within Canada only (unless otherwise stated).

  • Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Ember Bloom is not responsible for delays once a package is in transit.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Please review our Refund Policy below for details.

6. Safety

  • Customers are responsible for reading and following the safety instructions provided on our packaging and website.

  • Ember Bloom is not liable for damages caused by misuse, unattended burning, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ember Bloom shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

We want you to love your Ember Bloom purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@emberbloom.ca

  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

2. Wrong Item Received

  • If we made a mistake with your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of correcting the issue.

3. General Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (candles and wax melts), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for used or opened items.

  • Unused, unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
